Hi Tina, The day was terrific! Harrison was completely surprised...never imagined that he would have his own puppy. We thought he was actually going to start crying. For the first time I can remember, he was speechless...at least he was for about 10 seconds :) Harrison named him Scout. We are all completely charmed with this puppy. You all did an incredible job raising him. Wendy and Richie are definitely a combination you'll want to repeat! He has the most even temperment, hasn't barked or fussed at all and hasn't had a single "oops!" inside. I thought my Mom was going to fall over when this tiny puppy walked right over to the pad and pooped. He is so balanced, we are going to do everything in our power to help him stay that way :) He slept in his kennel (we did get a smaller one) all night next to Harrison without a peep. He and our lab, Will, are fine together. Will isn't sure what to think...he seems to understand that Scout is a pup and is very careful around him. This little guy is so well socialized...so comfortable with everyone. Thank you all again for such a great puppy! I am attaching a couple of pictures. I'll keep sending them every now and then. Hi, Honey is now called "Tuffy". She is doing well, still has a droopy right ear which looks darling. She shed her puppy fur in late February early March. Totally surprised us, she looked almost naked. But soon her adult hair started coming in. She is still only about 2 lbs. and we don't expect her to get much bigger. She likes to go for long walks and generally only goes (potty) outside. When she goes inside the house, it is usually when we ignore her warnings. She is very smart and a quick learner. We are quite attached to her. I guess she will turn 6 months old on May 1st. Yo Quiero Taco Bell Jim & Mellani

February 1, 2006 Goldie’s testimonial-~ When I began looking for a pet Chihuahua to become a member of my family it was important to me to find a breeder that was honest, breed healthy dogs, and loved the breed. Although I wanted a pet-quality dog it was very important to find a dog with a great temperament, loving personality and of course healthy! Dear Tina, Thank you so much Lainey.She is sleeping in my lap right now.I don't know if you know or not but a very close friend of mine was killed by a drunk driver the day before the puppies were born.I just needed something to pick me up and help me to heal.She has done that.She loves to cuddle.I can't say enough.I took her to the vet today and she said she looks great.Thank you so much.She is also sleeping through the night now.and she has only messed in the house three times.Thanks again. Hi Tina! Just wanted to drop you a quick note and let you know how the little guy is doing. He is such a love and has adopted me specifically as his "mom" now. He loves everyone else, but he wants to be in my lap all the time. Also, he has really come out of his shell. He is no longer a "shy" pup, but a whirling dervish that is a hoot to watch. Oh my GOODNESS Tina!!! I was utterly shocked whenI came home to a puppy on Friday! I cannot express to you how perfect this puppy (Franky, we named him after old blue eyes) is! Hey Tina I wanted to thank you for everything you did for us with the puppy you kept me updated with everything along the way and made things easy for getting iggle shes doing great and getting along good with the other dogs. I wouldn't think twice about buying another dog from you the pictures you have on your website look just like the puppies so you know exctaly what your getting. Good Morning Tina, Tai had his vet check up yesterday evening and was declared very healthy - he now weighs 3 pounds 4 ounces. He is eating and drinking well and full of energy. Tobi isn't quite sure yet what to make of Tai, especially when I'm holding him, but he will fuss over Tai and play with him when they are on the floor together. Someday they will be friends. Tai is so well trained and socialized - thanks to the time and love you and your family put into your puppies - what a wonderful environment you have provided for them. CHIHUAHUA TO THE RESCUE: This was one of our chihuahuas that we produced. They were flown to CNN in New York to be on the Mike and Juliet Show, she was given an award from Red Cross and numerous other awards as well. Her picture was also on a box of Wheaties!!
